Individual Psychotherapy

I provide individual psychotherapy using a secure telehealth platform. I am in network with Aetna insurance and am out-of-network for all other insurance plans. If you have out-of-network benefits, I will provide a superbill that you can submit to your insurance that may cover part or all of the fee in some cases. My out-of-network fee for a 60 minute session is $200.

Psychodynamic therapy is a powerful and insight-oriented form of therapy that helps individuals understand the deeper emotional patterns and unconscious processes that shape how they think, feel, and relate to others. Rooted in the belief that our earliest relationships deeply influence our emotional development, this approach seeks to uncover how those early attachment experiences continue to impact our present lives.

I also work from a relational therapy framework, which emphasizes the healing power of the therapeutic relationship itself. Relational therapy holds that much of our emotional wounding happens in relationships and therefore, relationships can also be the place where deep healing occurs. By bringing curiosity, attunement, and authenticity into the therapy space, we can co-create a relationship that becomes a foundation for new emotional experiences, greater trust, and more secure ways of connecting with others.

Using an attachment-based lens, I work with clients to explore the ways in which past relationships may have shaped their sense of self, their ability to trust, and their emotional responses in current relationships. When early attachment needs, such as safety, comfort, and emotional attunement, weren’t consistently met, we often develop protective patterns that may feel confusing or limiting later in life.

In addition to talk therapy, when helpful to the client, I incorporate mind-body techniques to support nervous system regulation. Because attachment wounds live in both our minds and bodies, it's important to include the body in the healing process. Techniques such as grounding, breathwork, mindfulness, and somatic awareness can help clients tune into their physical experience, process emotions more fully, and build greater resilience. Over time, this helps restore a sense of safety, connection, and inner balance.

This integrative approach, drawing from psychodynamic, relational, attachment-based, and somatic perspectives, creates space for deeper healing through insight, connection, and new emotional and physiological experiences that support lasting change.

EMDR therapy

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a trauma-focused therapy that helps you process and heal from distressing memories, experiences, and beliefs. Originally developed to treat PTSD, EMDR is now widely used for a range of issues, including anxiety, grief, childhood trauma, and negative self-talk.

EMDR works by helping your brain "unstick" painful memories that are stored in a way that continues to trigger emotional and physical responses—even long after the event has passed. Through a structured process that includes bilateral stimulation (like eye movements or tapping), EMDR helps you reprocess these memories so they no longer hold the same emotional charge.

EMDR doesn't require you to talk in detail about the trauma. Instead, it focuses on what comes up for you in the moment—emotionally, physically, and cognitively—so that your brain can complete the healing process.
What to Expect in EMDR Therapy
  1. Assessment & Preparation – Learning about your story and building trust
  2. Resourcing – Developing tools for regulation and emotional safety
  3. Reprocessing – Targeting distressing memories and activating healing
  4. Integration – Creating new beliefs and emotional responses that feel more empowering

Sessions are paced according to your comfort and readiness. EMDR can be integrated into ongoing therapy or done as a focused treatment.

out of network fees:
60 minute EMDR session: $200
90 minute EMDR session: $275

Neurodiversity affirming specialty services

I provide specialty services for neurodivergent adults that aim to help you understand how you relate to yourself and the world. These services are for individuals who are not looking for traditional psychotherapy but are looking for support with executive functioning, sensory overwhelm and burnout.

Sensory profile: $300
This service includes one 90 minute session where we'll go over your sensory profile questionnaire results together and explore what they mean for you. Your sensory profile will help us identify your unique sensory needs and preferences to improve daily life, functioning and well-being. We will dedicate time to learning nervous system regulation skills tailored to your specific needs and preferences and will use your results to guide the set up of a sensory-friendly environment that supports comfort, focus, and regulation.

Executive functioning support (60 minute sessions): $175
These sessions are designed to provide you with strategies and resources to help you build the skills and systems that make daily life feel more manageable and less stressful. Together, we'll explore practical strategies that work for your unique brain and lifestyle. Some examples of what we can work on in session: time management and planning, task initiation and completion, impulse control and decision making, emotional regulation, goal setting and organization.
